This rebounder is a good rebounder that folds in half. It is bungee, which means it is a gentle bounding experience but it is expensive enough for most people.

First let me demo a little of what you do on the rebounder - it is not a lot but you will get a lot from it. You do not need to be doing difficult things on the rebounder to get really great results.

Rebounding is part of what I call a rounded and grounded wellness approach. For me I have Rebounding, a little bit of swimming, yoga, cycling. I do not do all of these every day! I rebound pretty much every day, pool once or twice a week, yoga weekly, cycling can be weekly too.. or fortnightly - I do not get hung up on what I am doing but rather celebrate that I am doing it.

The body needs daily weight bearing motion every single day.

I also use Tapping, keeps my energy balanced, my hormones regulated, my stress levels reduced and my whole day focused on positive thoughts and vibrations. Tapping helps me set my energy to positive vibrations so I can hopefully avoid stress environments..

Then there is diet, that is really important. Processed Foods are literally killing us! Sometimes when you have a craving you could actually be dehydrated. Try sipping, swivelling and then swallowing your water and perhaps taking a little grain of sea salt.. for better absorption of the water and the mineral from the sea salt. Then rebound to help distract you from the cravings.

And, we do the best we can with what we have, so please do not beat yourself up as you listen to this video. Use this information to help you get into a different way.

I get asked a lot about rebounding and can it help to lose weight.

Back to rebounding and weight - when I get asked about rebounding and weight in general, my response is - "it wouldn't be a good idea to expect rebounding or any exercise regime to do what a whole bundle of lifestyle choices have a role in.

Your weight gain, especially in menopause times is down to your hormones, your stress levels, your diet, your sleep pattern, your water intake and your processed sugar intake.

You might start to realise that what you got off with pre-menopause, you do not get off with any more! There is no magic pill for this! Lifestyle changes need to be made so your wellness gets boosted and you help yourself through this time in your life.

Of course rebounding will help with your wellness, with boosting of your lymphatic system, toning your muscles, working every cell in your body, boosting your mood, and gradually as you build your rebounding habit daily (see the Rebound For Wellness programmes - retuningme.com/...ebound-for-wellness/) you will begin to lose weight too.

But losing weight is not the primary reason for Rebounding for your Wellness, wellness is the primary reason for Rebounding. None of us need to be fit, but we absolutely need to be as well as we can be and e=daily weight bearing motion has a role in that process.

Daily Rituals Can Really Help you With Dark Times In Your Life SD 480p

When I talk about Daily Rituals I mean the simple things like brushing your teeth, getting out of bed, going for a walk, these are all daily rituals that can be life savers, they can be the light in your dark days.

Rituals are thing we do everyday and sometimes we can think that the ordinary things are not really good enough to be rituals. But they are. They are the glue that holds your day together.

Now is the time to revise the things you do each day, things that you take for granted but things that are literally life savers. What got me up every day when I was in a very dark day was the habits I had in my life from years before. Those habits are your rituals. You repeat them over and over again.

Now see them and celebrate them for what they are and you will look at your whole day differently.

More importantly, when you are are struggling to stay focused and positive, when you believe that there is no point to your day or you can't manage, just write down a list of things you are already doing, and can keep doing to help you have some little focus, like "i can get up and brush my teeth", 'I can go for that walk, even for just 5 minutes', 'I can wash the dishes', Make you 'I can' list and make a mental note, that while there are lots of things you genuinely believe you cannot do right now, there are some things you can do, and celebrate that, no matter how small the tasks may be.
