Why is What You Think So Important?

Eastern Medicine holds that what we think sets our energy in motion and then the blood and the body follow. I think we should read this over and over again!

95% of your thinking is automatic and sub-conscious/unconscious, so most of the time you are not aware of what you are thinking!

Most of this 95% you don't have to worry about. These thoughts help you to do the automatic tasks you do everyday, like walk, drive, sit up, breathe, eat, - all of these are controlled from the subconscious and automatic thoughts.

it's the thoughts that you are not aware of, the thoughts that were created from unresolved events or from watching adults get angry, upset, not manage things well.

These thoughts and beliefs (that are probably negative) are causing you to think negatively about yourself and your ability to be successful.

These are the thoughts that trigger you off into a stressed state and keep you there. In this stressed state you cannot thrive, you can only be stressed. In this stressed state you cannot digest your food properly. You will not sleep properly. You will be hyper vigilant. You will get paranoid.

How can you change this?
When you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts, change that thought. Do not give out to yourself, just change the thought.
Getting on a rebounder and choosing to think positive thoughts while on the rebounder helps clear the head and tune your bounding energy to new positive vibrations.
Getting out into nature.
Keeping yourself in positive conversations at work and at home
Turning off the news!
Watching positive programmes and movies
