Comparing Three Bungee Rebounders from Rebound.Fitness with Nuala from RetuningME.

This video is nearly 10 minutes long - I could make it shorter, but keeping it full length allows you to watch it without having to go look for the next part.

I am comparing the Fitbounce Pro, The Maximus Pro and the Just Bounce - all bungee rebounders and all from Rebound.Fitness.

They all have some differences and they all have some things that are the same.

They have three different price points too. That will come in the next video.

First I want to talk about the actual rebounders - the sizes the height off the ground, the bungee straps, the initial bounding experience.

The Fitbounce Pro and the Maximus pro are very similar:
- they both have 30 straps
- both have the same size bungee mat (25.5 inches)
- both have the same strong frame
- both have spring loaded legs (6 legs 11.5 inch)
- legs are the same length on both
- bar is extra

The main difference is that one is a folding rebounder, and one is not. The Fitbounce pro bungee rebounder folds in half and has two safety clips that are attached by cord to the rebounder.

The Just bounce is a quarter folding rebounder has:
- 8 screw in legs (not spring loaded)
- legs are slightly shorter (11 inch)
- Mat is bigger - 34 inch mat
- 32 bungee straps
- 44 inch rebounder (total size)
- comes with a T bar as standard

Let me know what you think.
What rebounder do you have?
How often do you use it?
What benefits have you noticed?
Do you need to get a rebounder?

If you are someone who is not into exercising but you know you need to be because things are starting to happen with your body and exercise is a must for those of us over 50.

The reason I push for women to rebound is because of the huge benefits to the lymphatic system, with all cells getting worked.
If you have a leaky bladder, rebounding will help but it will take a bit of time.

Never get up on a rebounder and go from zero to 100 because your body will not be ready for that and you could have a massive clearing of your lymphatic system which will not be so positive.

Jumping on a rebounder will cause your bladder to leak if you have a weak bladder sphincter. This is why it is so beneficial to start very gently and build up gradually. Let there be no pressure I say! No pressure on you or your bladder!
