Even Gentle Rebounding for Just 5 Minutes Helps 🙌

The great thing about rebounding is that it doesn't matter what the weather is, I am able to get up on that rebounder and give my body its daily weight bearing motion.

The best part about rebounding gently is, I don't need to be on the rebounder every day for a lot of time, a max of 20 minutes is enough. That is because even gentle rebounding is 68% more effective than jogging on a treadmill. That means I really don't need to be on my rebounder for much more than 20 minutes every day.

But the challenge is to get on that rebounder every day because your lymphatic system needs that help every single day.

You have this one amazing body helping you journey on this earth, and you need to love it and help it as best you can, especially through the menopause and beyond. Rebounding can help you to do that.

I have to confess that because of my history with a Post Viral Illness (for nearly 30 years), I am not always able to exercise for long periods of time. I tend to fatigue easily when I put my body under a lot of pressure.

A long time ago, I had to accept that I would not be into exercise as much as most people. That is why I am so lucky to have found rebounding and why rebounding is my go to exercise. The amazing physical and energy benefits I get from my rebounding won me over on day one. Rebounding is my way of loving my body into wellness.

Spring time is the month of coming back into more outdoor exercising. I would love to just pick up were I left off in Autumn when it come to outdoor exercising. But our bodies don't work that way and mine certainly needs a gradual and easy build up again and that is fine as long as I am getting back into that bit more exercise.

Everything has to be gradual for me - I need to begin slowly and build up gradually. So, the hill walks will be short for the first while with plenty of breaks.

A really important factor for me is to take some really good nutrition when I begin exercising because that will give my body that extra bit of support as I pot it under more pressure through exercising. Attending a good Kinesiologist can help you figure out the best nutrition for you and when to take it, as well as maybe what foods might be putting your system under stress.
