Tuesday: Tapping to feel connected to breath, to source, to life.

What we focus on is what we get. I don’t know about you, but when I focus on the news, more often than not I get stressed! Tapping this morning to enable us begin our day focusing on the positive. Tapping has been proven to reduce stress hormones and calm the parts of the brain that trigger the stress response.
