What is your Worst Anxiety Symptom?

The only way to describe anxiety is through the felt experience and it is not nice.

There can be many symptoms of anxiety:
- your heart races
- you feel sick to the pit of your stomach
- your gut is churning round and round (butterflies)
- your heart is pounding about to come out of your chest
- you have this urge to run and get away, but you are stuck to the floor!
- your thoughts are not rational (at all)
- You cannot cope
- you cannot think straight
- you crave food all the time
- you are hyper vigilant and find it hard to feel safe
- massive sugar cravings

These were symptoms I had, and others, but these were the main ones.
Anxiety and panic attacks are so overwhelming and leave you feeling so helpless and distraught, exhausted but yet not able to sleep with the slightest sound waking you.

Right now you might not think this possible but this can be turned around. I had Non-trigger Panic Attacks, severe bouts of Anxiety mixed with the dips of depression.

Tapping and Kinesiology really helps me to over come my anxiety and panic attacks with lasting affect.

I have an online programme on anxiety and how to use Tapping to help you get through it. It is set up as a 6 week programme and I do suggest that you follow it the way it is set up for best results - click this link to learn more:

Online programmes may not be for you, but 1:1 sessions are what you want right now. That is not a problem click here to book your first session:

You can also complete the consultation form, the link is on the booking page and we can get to work - online sessions work as effectively as in person sessions.

I thought I was doomed to a life of anxiety, but now I know that there is a better way. Let me help you overcome your anxiety with lasting effect.
