Rebounding Boosts Your Mood

When you think about it, of course rebounding boosts your mood, given that there are lymph nodes in the head and given that rebounding clears the lymph and stress hormones from the body, of course it will boost your mood.

I knew this from my own experience long before I knew it from the training course I did and from my own research into rebounding. Every morning I would drag myself out of bed and onto that rebounder and after 2 minutes I was more awake, more interested in what I was doing and more positive, so after 10 minutes I was well boosted and ready for the day.
