The Rebounder I Use…

I keep getting asked about the rebounder that I use. I keep posting videos about my rebounder, where to get it and why I use it..

The rebounder is called the FitBounce Pro - it is from www.rebound.fitness in the UK. Price can vary as there can be a sale on at times. It is over normally over £350 stg.

It is a good investment when you consider that you will use this as your exercise equipment for the rest of your active life. I have been on my FitBounce Pro Bungee rebounder since 2018. I am on it pretty much every day and I take it with me to groups when I am giving talks so it has well paid for itself, and I intend to keep using it for the rest of my active life.

Parts can be replaced if needed, like the bungee straps, the rubber shoes on the legs, the mat could even be replace, but I could never envision a reason for doing that other than the mat gets cut by a sharp object - just to say you will never wear heels on your rebounder, right!

I invested in this amazing rebounder for my 50th birthday, before that I had been using and replacing cheap steel sprung rebounders. When I stepped on to this rebounder I never wanted to step onto my old rebounder ever again. It felt like I was treating myself all the time and getting so many benefits from rebounding too.
