For me, I truly believe that Ireland is an amazing feminine, welcoming and healing energy. Over the centuries we have named that energy as Brigit the goddess, Brigid the saint and lots of variations on that theme. While many see the Brigids cross as purely a Christian symbol, it offers much more, with each arm of the cross calling you into the centre, into your centre, into your source energy, what ever and who ever that may be for you. When we go out into our doing mode, it is really important that we come back in to our being mode. When we expend energy, it is really important that we nourish and replenish that energy or we will fatigue, we will get stressed and we will be of no good to anyone or anything. I've been there, done that, as most of us have. I also put some miron violet glass into the centre of the cross, miron glass is biophotonic, it has a strong inferred and ultraviolet vibration combining to offer us a sort of yin/yang energy boost - it literally is positive energy in glass form.
