Think Positive When Rebounding To Tune Your Energy Even More

I already posted about the importance of thinking positive 'I truly am' thoughts especially while rebounding.

Even if it is a work issue that comes into your head when you are rebounding, you can still give it a new vibration by consciously thinking a positive thought while on the rebounder.

So, rather than allow yourself to go down a rabbit hole of negativity, when a stressor or a problem comes up while Tapping of Rebounding, or even just walking along on a street, ask yourself what positive thought would help you to retune this stressed energy? Then start to think that thought.

This is you deliberately showing up for yourself and making a choice to think positive thoughts rather than stay in negative or stressed thoughts.

Fake it til you make it - draw in a positive thought which brings a positive vibration into that stressed area and keep focusing on that positive to allow your system to stay in that vibration.

What are you thinking in your subconscious right now that is negative - take a look around at what you are attracting? Then choose what it is you want to tune to so you attract better and go from there.
